A pleasure to deal with

Adrian was great to deal with throughout the whole process. From initial inspections through to making the purchase, Adrian was always on hand to answer questions and provide assistance. He has a really nice laid back approach, so you never feel pressured into things. Given this was my first purchase, Adrian took the time to explain things to me and seek answers to my many questions, which I really appreciated. I felt like he was being genuine and upfront in all his dealings between myself and the vendor, which goes a long way in my books.

Excellent advice and personal service

Adrian has excellent local market knowledge and the strategy he recommended we employ to obtain maximum marketing appeal and exposure for the sale of our property worked. As a result we had a huge numbers through for inspections. Adrian kept us informed of developments during the campaign and provided recommendations we could rely on with confidence ahead of the auction of our property. He attended to all material interactions and communications with us and prospective buyers himself. We always felt he was treating the sale of our property importantly and did not feel we were 'just another listing'. We were provided with excellent service and are highly satisfied with the outcome. We would recommend Adrian to any prospective sellers in the Inner West or Inner East of Sydney and also recommend that Adrian's advice is relied upon and followed to obtain the best possible outcome.
