I first met Robert Matus when approaching Harcourts Cranbourne in 2016 to sell my home. As this is a major step in ones life I was very nervous about the process involved. As first impressions count, I felt instantly as ease with Mr Matus. His professional appearance and unique customer service had me relaxed and well informed all the way. As houses go, mine was a hard sale, yet not once did I see Mr Matus shirk from the task at hand. The continual "Moving forward" approach was a paramount fixture in the process, a necessity in the agent / vendor relationship. In the end, the hard work paid off.
