Ashlee is extremely competent in her role and is a straight talker. Her daily/weekly follow up routine will keep you up to date without you having to chase her for the answers that you are so keenly waiting on. Her attention to detail is extreme, covering all areas of the sale from the property presentation prior to the listing, through to the paperwork and then the sales process through to settlement. I can't recommend Ashlee high enough and I hope that anyone in this location, at the very least, gives Ashlee the opportunity to discuss their property needs and then make their own informed decision on their choice of agent. I too went through this process interviewing five agents prior to choosing Ashlee and I pat myself on the back with the choice I made!
