Credible for an estate agent!

As a rule - and based on experience - I distrust estate agents and insurance companies. Can't stand the buggers. My experience with Adam was different because he invests time in informing clients about their properties in relation to the market, and he provides helpful suggestions and/or feedback. At no point did I believe that he would provide inflated valuations to clients, as too many agents do. He knows the area well, and he's been operating in it for a long time. Adam's valuation estimates are realistic (he was within $9,000 of the eventual sale price of my home), he's very prompt with communication, and he'll respect his clients' wishes when it comes to their instructions. All in all a pleasure to deal with.
