Painless and seamless

Shaun was all that many promise, and few deliver. We had an unusual house to sell, with a split level block, and with tenants in situ as well. Fortunately they were most amenable, but it's never the easiest way to sell a house. Shaun liaised with them to keep them comfortable while still managing inspections at a time when Covid 19 restrictions were still very limiting. Shaun was an excellent communicator and negotiator, achieved a healthy price, and took the angst out of the whole process.
