Since meeting you just less than 2 years ago for a market appraisal of our family home, you have made regular contact with us and kept us informed of the current market conditions. Unfortunately due to a change in our family circumstances we had to sell our property and you did this with great enthusiasm and professionalism. We believe you went beyond your role as our selling agent and allowed the process to be as smooth as possible for us which was greatly appreciated under the circumstances. As we were unable to be present during the whole process, you co-ordinated inspections, ensured the house was secure and even assisted us personally with transport when we needed.
