What's around 47 Adams Rd

Opportunity aplenty!

Whether you're looking for your first home, something to renovate or perhaps something to knock over and develop (subject to necessary council consent), this may be the property for you. The home has been loved by its current owners over the last 15 years, and although modest, has so much potential for those looking to add value and create something of their own. With three bedrooms, master with built-in robes, neat and tidy kitchen with free standing oven and adjacent meals area, and separate lounge. Gas instant hot water with temperature pads ensures there is always enough hot water for the growing family. The home enjoys year round comfort, provided by the ducted evaporative air conditioner and the gas heater. There is also a large carport and two garden sheds, for extra storage. The block itself is a spacious 655sqm (approximately) and is relatively flat, making it a perfect place to start again (STCC). The home is within a close proximity to public transport, schools, shops and a short distance to Westfield Marion Shopping Centre, making it an attractive spot to settle and raise a family.

Fantastic agent to deal with

We can't say anything bad about Kristy -From the very first time we met her she was more than helpful and friendly. she was always punctual and if she had time after the open inspection she would have a chat. our house took a while to sell but Kristy stuck with us and gave us suggestions of what could help. she also listened to what we wanted too and i'm sure we were a pain sometimes, but Kristy never complained. she bent over backwards to help us sell our house. not only did she help us, but she helped the people who bought our house and the lady whose house we bought. she worked on her day off quite often for us if someone wanted t come through and she worked really hard the sunday we got the contract. nothing was too much bother for her, even with our sometimes stupid questions. she chased things up with our conveyancer and bank and just made sure things all fell into place. then, she gave us a lovely house warming present. she was sooooo helpful and even when she wasn't feeling the best she would work on our house and really put in the hard yards. she well and truly earnt her commission on our house - in fact i don't think she got paid enough from our commission house. A++++++++++. THANK YOU Kristy
