We purchased our dream home from Will

We found Will to be very easy to deal with during the entire process. He was courteous, respectful and attentive. We carried out two inspections prior to submitting an offer, and the second inspection took 2 hours and involved a building inspector. Will took this in his stride and was happy to assist and be present for the duration of our inspections. I was very impressed with Will’s follow up after our inspections, as he gave us time to process our thoughts and discuss the property before asking for our thoughts and feedback. I felt comfortable talking with him openly and honestly, and he was very approachable. Prior to settlement, Will was kind enough to attend two more inspections so that we could organise renovations to commence as soon as the contract settled. We found it much easier and faster to communicate to the vendors via Will, rather than exclusively going through solicitors.
