Chris was fantastic - after contacting him he was genuinely excited at the prospect of selling our house and immediately got to work. Through several meetings we were highly involved in the stragety and planning process to sell. From taking us through a contract of sale, to the marketing campaign, right through to the sale, Chris was a stickler for detail - highly impressive. Chris is extremely knowledgeable and throughout the campaign kept us well informed of how things were progressing. Our expectations were exceeded as he secured a sale in less than 4 weeks, meeting our price guide (and a little more), and to do so in tough market conditions was an amazing result. Nothing was ever too difficult, he was able to meet with us after hours and on weekends to fit in with our availability and he constatnly provided us feedback on not only our house and potential buyers but on the area and other houses that were on the market. Never once did he dictate to us on what we should do - we were always consulted with and he genuinely valued our opinion, throughout he was a business partner, helping us achieve what we set out to achieve. A top bloke, an absolute gun real estate, would (and already have) highly recommend to anyone looking to sell.
