Acting in the vendor's interest -always.

Mathew Bell was patient with a house that was difficult to sell, due to its' location. He never pressured me to accept a poor offer, but together we priced the house to suit the changing market conditions, as well as location itself. In the end the house sold for a price that I was happy with and Mathew made sure that the buyers remained keen. When necessary, he made sure that the buyer didn't waiver and continued to fulfill their end of the bargain. Throughout the process, Mathew kept me informed and always consulted me with offers and inquiries. He was friendly and optimistic at all times.
