While I was contemplating whether to sell my unit because of the pandemic, the team in Century21 helped me weigh the pro and contra of selling it which I really appreciate. Yuvi was especially professional in her profession but at the same time I could feel she really put my best interest at heart. As I am in Melbourne, Yuvi went above and beyond in assisting me in renovating my unit at no cost, making sure I was happy with the outcome with regular communication and photos.
