Wonderful Agent!

We met Craig and his colleague Nick at an open house - this was at a stage where our house was not selling - no interest. We were out of contract with our previous agent, and after seeing Craig and Nick perform we decided to appoint Fletchers, with Craig and Nick as our agents. Open houses were more exciting with many more groups coming through - we sold the house within three weeks - a relief. During the process Craig kept us informed, advised a few changes to our staging and made the process rather pleasant. We are very happy with the outcome, although not quite the price we expected, due to the current market. We sold! that's the main thing. We can highly recommend Fletchers with Craig and Nick as the tour de'force!
