Rather disappointed

I have to say I found my experience purchasing a house through John Simpson-Morgan rather disappointing. After a big kerfuffle regarding the negotiation for the property - where an offer that I made was accepted verbally by his associate and then he took over saying no it wasn't (very stressful) - I then found that at the contract signing John rarely looked me in the eye or spoke to me, and instead preferred to address all of his comments and questions to my mother (whom I had brought along for moral support). And to top it off, when I went to collect my brand new apartment keys from his office, I discovered he had written an incorrect first name on the envelope for the keys (Joclyn, not Jacqueline) and he wasn't available to help with the resulting questions/double-checking, and so dealing with that naturally put a bit of a dampener on what should have been a stress-free, happy moment. Overall was rather unimpressed with the experience.
