This fantastic residential block of land is located on the outskirts of the beautiful seaside village of Opossum Bay. There are so many wonderful attributes to this site it is hard to know where to start. Nearly level with northerly aspect and frontage to coastal reserve so it can never be built out, the property has an amazing outlook across the tranquil waters of Ralph's Bay. A walkway at the bottom of the land leads to a stunning sweep of sheltered beach. This is an easy commute of approx 40 minutes to Hobart or the airport.
