Phil de Battista

Phil de Battista of Barry Plant Real Estate agency was engaged to sell our property in Doreen. As we live in NSW we relied on Phil to organise the property for sale, advise on the market and communicate on home opens. This was not an easy task as there are many properties up for sale in the area. Phil was professional and hard working. We could not fault his approach and he was constantly phoning and emailing, relating feedback and offering advice. Phil also appeared to have knowledge of investor databases and used this to widen the market for us. He negotiated a good price in a timely manner in a tight market.
