Great Service - Outcome Exceeded Expectations

We were engaged with Michael's agency for some years as managing agents on our property and had received good service and advice from them in the past hence it was an easy decision to select them as our selling agent when we made the decision to sell. We met with Michael 9 months out from listing seeking his guidance on timing and work needed on the property to maximise sales results. From our first meeting Michael was professional and very direct and honest with his feedback which gave us a clear strategy and time frame on how to approach preparing the property and managing tenants. As we approached the time for listing Michael kept us informed of any developments in the market which helped us keep on track with our strategy and also assisted with getting trades organised to complete work (who were all excellent and spoke highly of Michael). Once the property was listed again Michael was clear on his strategy and kept us informed as things developed and in less than a week presented us with multiple offers that were researched and shortlisted in terms of his recommendations.
