Last year i wanted to sell an investment property i had , so i approached Colin , the reason i approached him was earlier that year i received a phone call from Colin introducing himself to me as a new agent on the coast and if i needed any help in the future than feel free to contact him , When i contacted him he remembered who i was which was great , he met me at the property and went over everything , Colin was easy to approach and was very down to earth with realistic prices that met my expectations He and his wife did a campaign and within a few days had large numbers of potential buyers come to the property to view it. One of Colins best assets is his knowledge and client base in Sydney .which brought investors up looking Within a few weeks the house was sold , and Colin got me more for the property than first expected , From here i gave him my main property at Wamberal to list , yet again Colin and his wife took hold of this and smashed it out of the park , yet anougher great result , During the small time that i have known Colin both myself and my partner have formed a working relationship with he and his wife and they are one of the only real estate agents on the Central Coast that i will recommend and or will be using in the future
