Friendly, Professional and Ethical

Quite often you may come across salespeople that are only tuned in for "the sale." This was by far, not the case I experienced with Mark Ridley. From the initial enquiry, to the property visit, to the final signing, and all the other "tidbits" along the way, Mark was professional, efficient, trustworthy, friendly and above all honest. At not stage during the transaction did I ever think or feel "that he is in it for the commission" or he is just representing the vendor. Undoubtedly he had both the vendor's and the buyers intentions in hand, while remaining in line with current market conditions. I have purchased and sold numerous properties over the years, and should I ever need the services of a Friendly and Honest Real Estate Agent, I will be calling Mark Ridley. Well Done Mark.
