I have had Bill manage my investment property for over 20 years and he always ensured that everything that needed doing was done and done in a timely manner. He kept me informed with every issue. He sourced the best tenants, dealt with any repairs that needed attending to and sourced new tenants so there was never a time the property was vacant. I regarded him as an essential part of looking after my property portfolio similar to my financial advisor. When it came time for me to sell my investment property I didn’t hesitate in entrusting Bill to sell it. Under difficult family circumstances and regret in having to sell, Bill looked after every facet of the sale. I was constantly kept in the loop and if I needed to contact Bill, he was readily contactable and answered my enquiry in a timely manner. He took the stress away from the process and for this I thank him, particularly, when I had so many family distractions going on at the same time. It has been a pleasure working with Bill looking after my investment property (both as a rental and as a sale) and I can not recommend him highly. He is very professional and on top of all that, he is a good bloke who went above and beyond. Bill recently thanked me for being a loyal client, why wouldn’t I be loyal, as he always looked after me. It goes both ways. He earnt my trust over the years and if I need anything in the future I will not hesitate in seeking him out. You will not regret entrusting Bill with the management or sale of any property. Bill has reinstated my trust in the real estate profession. Thank you Bill for everything you have done.
