Honest and doesn't make unreasonable promises, not a 9-5 person!

Kaye (from Peter Williams R/E) took over the sale of our property following the death of our original agent 10 day's after the agreement was signed. This was just before Christmas 2018. Kaye immediately organised a professional photographer and a local paper feature article. Our first open house early January had 6 couples attend, 2 offers (one ridiculously low), and negotiated with the other offer for a better price. We did not get our original price, but are still happy with the final result. Well done Kaye!
