Very good experience

Sherrie, was very knowledgeable and helpful and she went out of her way to accommodate the sale which was good. Two things - 1 electrician said sale was not legal as house didn't have smoke alarm which is required now. 2 - It was nice to have the champagne however City and Country give out steak knifes and I think I would have preferred either a choice (in case I don't drink champagne - which I don't) or another type of gift like a gift voucher ect. I will definitely recommend her in the future. Sherry is a very good real estate agent and I've dealt with a number of real estate agents.
