Pleased with service provided

John was very pleasant and always returned my calls and answered our questions. He was prompt and always turned up for appointments when arranged. He was diligent in finding out all the information he needed to to pass on to us and our buyer. He was also pleasant and polite when he had to speak to our neighbour.
