We handed Jared quite a challenge both in terms of the condition of the property along with the fact that we as the vendor were not close to the property that was to be sold. He worked hard to get us the result we needed, and helped with all the onsite tasks along the way. Nothing was too hard. Jared definitely went above and beyond in making sure the property was as best presented as it could be, while being open and honest with the buyers about our situation and preferences. He was able to work with local contractors to ensure the property was ready to go for us without us having to travel to attend. He even checked the mail for us...
