Fabulous Chelsea Dwyer

Chelsea came recommended to us by a lifetime local… and we were very impressed from the first contact. I just wanted an honest, plain talking, down to earth realist to help us sell our block of land… and that’s what we got with Chelsea. She knew the local market very well and was spot on with the price we would achieve. She didn’t falsely inflate our expectations and try to butter us up like some of the bigger companies. She was extremely efficient and organised in her approach and execution. We appreciated her support and thoughtful communication style throughout the process… which I must add was very speedy. I would definitely seek her services again if I had the opportunity….
