Amazing staff and accurate appraisal.

I looked at an average of 15-20 houses every week for approximately 2-3 months. Whenever I went to an Agents and Co property the agents were always friendly, helpful and very polite. By the 3rd week I was very well known to the Agents and Co staff and when I went to an opening, they did not need to ask my name anymore and I think they even knew my mobile number off by heart. There follow up calls the following day or on Monday were always polite and never pushy. Whenever a new property came on the market and it was in my scope of requirement, I was called and advised about it. Nick was a great agent to deal with. Always polite and easy to talk to. The property that I finally ended up purchasing was priced to within 5% of what his guide price was. He has been extremely helpful throughout the entire period before settlement.
