The purchase and the sale of 2 properties.

We purchased a 28 acre property just over 3 years ago in Pakenham South. This was the first time we ever dealt with Robert. He seemed to be a very calm and happy agent, he didn't get pushy or arrogant. We found the sale to be very easy going and purchased the property with absolutely no hiccups. At the time we owned 3.2 acres in Pakenham. The land was earmarked for factories so it was only going to attract a particular market. We had it on the market for approx 5 years with a local agent, we did have a high price on the property but in all that time we did not have one person look at it. After dealing with Robert, he continually kept in touch with letters through the mail and the anniversary of our purchase each year we received a Happy Anniversary letter. We decided that he runs a good hearty business and if he can continually keep in touch he deserves a shot at seeing this property. We didn't hold high hopes as the other agents were very well known and very knowledgeable on the area, so if they couldn't get anyone looking maybe Robert couldn't. It was only with Robert a very short time when he had people looking. The first 3 buyers all wanted to do things with the property that Council didn't allow, so unfortunately there was no sale, but let me tell you it was impressive to finally know there were buyers. A very short time later another buyer approached and bought the property. It was a godsend to us. In the time dealing with Robert he was an absolute gentleman. He was constantly ringing to keep us in the loop about how things were going, even if nothing was happening he would ring to assure us that he hasn't stopped trying, remembering this was not a property that appealed to most of the population. I could not recommend him higher to another seller or buyer. We have bought and sold a few properties and will never hesitate again as to who we will go through.
