Professional team

Jackson was professional and easy to deal with, he was able to show the property with ease. There was never any pressure to make an offer which was great. We did however find as buyers the agent to not have a personal touch, for example we had to chase up the agent to confirm when we could get the keys (there was a 4 hr delay in settlement), it would have been nice to have had a call. Also the only time we spoke to Jackson on the phone was during negotiations. Their support team were able to follow up on questions we had for the vendor during cooling off period. Overall they are a professional team, I would not discount using them in the future.
