My name is Annemarie Haywood, and I am the Principal of AH Realty. I have enjoyed growing my business, making new friends and making a home for my family in Moranbah. I look forward to many more happy years here. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TEAM Annemarie Haywood has been selling real estate since 1990, both in South Africa and on the Gold Coast, before moving her business to Moranbah. During that time she has accumulated a number of awards and achieved records in sales and listings for the agencies she has worked for. Formally specialising in the prestige areas of the central Gold Coast, Annemarie prides herself in having achieved top prices for her vendors. Her values of professionalism and integrity have enabled her to build a rapport with all of her clients driving recommendations from existing clients, and the compliment of repeat business from clients who return to Annemarie time and time again. Excellent

We engaged AH Realty earlier this year to assist us in managing a rental property we have. They have been fantastic to work with, providing us with recommendations to improve the property to make it more attractive for tenants. They have looked after the property and provided updates on how the property is going. AH Realty have found us a fantastic tenant. All accounts are settled at the same time each month, and if there are any extras that need to be addressed, they make sure they let me know well in advance. Thank you team!

Great property agent - highly recommend

Alli’s market knowledge, communication and professionalism is spot on. She has good attention to detail, a knack of making things easy, and is friendly, precise and motivated.
