Purchased rental property

Purchased a Investment property through a property buyers agent via AH Realty. Communication was difficult having to work through the buyers agent and the buyers agent not always getting the answers I asked for first time round. We Got through it and AH Realty were very professional in all other aspects of the sale and with the Knowledge of the area was a big help. AH Realty now manage the property for me at a reasonable rate and to date my property manager has been helpful and happy to take calls and return them as I don't live in the area. This also makes it difficult for her in getting things done which isn't always easy handling the tenants. I would Recommend AH Realty for any property purchase in the area as well as management.
