Initially I dealt with Annemarie who introduced me to Charlene. Together they helped me develop a strategy and subsequently supervised the renovation of my property to improve its rental value and market sale price. Charlene became the main go to person and she provided me with excellent advice, communicated regularly on issues and progress during the upgrade responding promptly to my emails even when on overseas leave. She as always polite but was not afraid to express her opinions or recommendations. She help arrange and organize contractors and pulled in AH Reality staff when extra help was needed. Prior to engaging AH Realty I had managed the leasing of my property but I could not have successfully renovated and presented my property into the next rental price bracket without their help and advice.
