Property Manager par excellence!

Let me start with a quick summary, Lee-Anne is quite simply the property manager's property manager. As a remote owner, here are just a few things I've come to rely on: * She's really well connected with quality tradespeople who provide great value, and coordinates thiner work schedules * She's realistic with rental values so that both owner and tenant get a fair deal * Very good at vetting tenants to ensure a good fit * We plan maintenance and renovations to balance tenant need with owner cashflow * Plus she's good for a quick chat so there's an appropriate blend of businesses and relationship * She's an amazing artist! You should see her work. I know she's also guided by the Principal, Annemarie, and you can tell how important a service culture is to this business. To sum up, Lee-Anne and the agency's systems and processes make it easy.
