Buyer of a duplex/semi-detached in Moranbah, Qld I am a multi property investment owner in Moranbah and see the great potential for the next 3 to 4 years of Coal and its importance to export to Japan, China, and India. The tipping point for the rush for electric cars is only years away. That's an extra 20% electricity usage on the average power bill.
