Melani started her career in real estate as a property manager over 2 years ago. In this time, she has accumulated a depth of knowledge, understanding and skill and is dedicated to further developing her career in the industry. As a property manager, Melani is responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 200 properties. This includes processing applications to find the best tenant for our landlords, lease preparation, attending to repairs for tenants and all other aspects of managing a property. Melani has a professional and friendly approach when dealing with landlords, tenants and prospective tenants. Her aim is to always ensure that all her clients have a good, stress free rental experience.
