Selling in a rural area.

The house we were looking to sell was in a rural area. An area that didn’t have much data as to what we could expect from a sale. So we needed help. Luckily we came across Terry. Following my initial phone conversation with Terry I was convinced that he was the person for the job. Why? He knew the area. And after that first 50 min discussion I didn’t pick up on any falseness, lack of knowledge or BS to get my business. He had my trust which I’m sure he had planned because he is good. He was going to work for me and not give prospective buyers information that they shouldn’t be getting(I’ve bought a few properties and it’s amazing what some agents will tell you). He is direct and I like that. He told me what he saw as the truth about how we should go about this sale and I had the confidence that he had our best interests in mind.
