Full marks to Aitken Real Estate for handling the sale of our property. Upon enquiring at the front desk as to whether they handled property auctions, principal Steve Aitken met with us and was very confident of and convincing about the high likelihood of success through his silent auction strategy. That very day he met us at the vacant property, gave an encouraging appraisal and the listing was confirmed on the spot. In-house photography, the property "For Sale" board and listing all happened with great speed. What really impressed us were features such as reasonable commission rate, no open-house inspections and no hidden costs whatsoever. Danielle covered many inspections and there were frequent reports as to numbers of potential purchasers.
