Jade went beyond any expectations throughout the whole sales process, guiding me through the negotiations & Contractual processes. My Unit suffered major damage from a cyclone only days after entering a Sales Contract which severely affected the unit & the whole process. Jade & I were dealing with two separate insurance companies over an extended period of time. Throughout this, Jade worked with me to lodge appropriate information, photos, & reports to the Insurers, & assisted in driving them to expediate inspections, reports & repairs. Throughout this very difficult process she also managed other required maintenance issues, quotes, repairs & tradies. Jade's mediation skills to keep the Buyer fully informed & assured, meant the sale itself was not lost or adversely affected. Both parties were kept fully informed & updated throughout. Jade was wholly professional & had to deal with so many external parties including the Strata Body, Strata Committee, Strata Insurer, my Contents Insurer, Assessors, Tradespeople, Legal parties (both mine & the Buyer's), meanwhile coordinating all the property access, timeframes, communications and all of the relevent insurance dealings & processes. Wonderful to work with Jade & Chun, they are so conscientious & professional, yet remained personable & caring throughout the most difficult of circumstances. I highly recommend Jade & Chun to act on anyone's behalf, & I don't believe many people could have handled the difficulties & complexities that the Insurance & damage claims caused in the whole selling process, & yet in such a timel manner.
