John Higgins introduced us to the developers that built our property around thirteen years ago and since then John has looked after our property. It was a natural decision to ask John to list our property for sale and from the outset he took the initiate and ensured that no stone was left un-turned in preparing for the sale. Professional results and personal service!

As a first time seller I approached the process of selling our apartment with apprehension, but John and the MyPlace team could not have made the process easier. John communicated through every step of the process, always explaining our options. There were some unexpected obstacles and challenges but these were overcome and we were delighted with the final result and the sale price obtained. Settlement was quick. John's friendliness, as well as professionalism, throughout the process was tremendously appreciated and made us feel secure and valued throughout. Strongly recommended.

Amazing team of people who really care!

I cannot recommend John Higgins and the amazing team at MyPlace Estate Agents enough. They are just superb! I worked with the team recently for both a rental agreement and for a property purchase. Super friendly, amazingly helpful, very trustworthy and honest. The service for both rental and purchase was simply outstanding. The friendly team were always available to help and did so in a way that built trust and a lasting relationship. If I buy another property again, I will definitely be dropping in to see what they have in stock. Thanks to John and all of the amazing team @ MyPlace. You made by year one to remember!
