N G Farah's fabulous staff especially Grace makes amazing efforts at these unusual times to get your property looking good! Tips such as repainting, fans/lights, handy man fixes in a day, blinds and quotes. Also, as a land lord we need to be proactive - adding touches such as information booklets, pots , plants or a bowl of fruit/flowers. If by the beach add a few shells but don't clutter and remember to add light and some wow factor so potential tenants remember your apartment/ house. AmaZing Agency.

Hi have had NG Farah (James, Tegan and Remi usually) manage my property for a good no of years and have only good things to say about them. They look after any problems the tenant may have speedily and I have never had any problems receiving the rent. They also provide a very handy end of financial year statement which makes submitting my tax return much easier. I have no problem recommending them to anyone.
