Our investment property has been under management with Damien from NG Farah for 6 years now. Throughout that time they have proven to be highly responsive (most important) and professional. Our long-term tenants recently gave notice to move out and they were able to find new tenants within a week which will result in the property only being vacant for a few days. A very pleasing result. He was able to rent out our unit in just one day after being vacant with another agency for couple of months! He really cared about us and understood our needs.
