Tips such as repainting, fans/lights, handy man fixes in a day, blinds and quotes. Also, as a land lord we need to be proactive - adding touches such as information booklets, pots , plants or a bowl of fruit/flowers. If by the beach add a few shells but don't clutter and remember to add light and some wow factor so potential tenants remember your apartment/ house. AmaZing Agency.
