I have had the great pleasure in receiving first class customer service from Gina Maglione Snr property Manager at NG Farah Kingsford for many years. As a landlord, my wife & I have found Gina to be the ultimate professional. Gina displays fantastic communication skills, honesty, integrity, and most importantly, a desire to achieve desired goals so that outcomes are achieved. This is clearly evident in arranging for tradesman to carry out repairs promptly and always showing a caring factor. Well done!

Hi there, I've known NG Farah for over 25 years and used their services for, selling a unit at Kingsford in 1994 and more recently as a renting agent for a 3-bed Townhouse at South Maroubra. When our previous tenant gave notice, I was able to consider between two parties after only 1 Saturday open house, increase the weekly rental I was after and have them move in with minimal down time.

Jett was fantastic, answering all my queries quickly (even after hours...). I felt like he really supported the outcome for us and i know our kids are going to love this house.

I have dealt with Tegan and James since being with NG Farah and i can honestly say that it has been a hassle/stress free relationship. My life is on the go so knowing that everything has been taken care of without worrying has been a huge stress of my shoulders. Communication has been excellent too!!

Prompt, pleasant and receptive communication from property manager Alex. Went out of his way to organise a viewing time around my shiftwork schedule. Would happily recommend NGFarah from a tenant's perspective. Thank you!

Good communication is important in all types of business, but in real estate, it’s imperative. Alex has shown us that he is not too busy to take the time to listen to us and we appreciate him for doing so. Alex made us feel that he was listening to us and our needs; he responded to my emails promptly and provided answers to all our concerns. He is a real estate agent who is willing to help a renter in need like us and would turn us into a loyal and happy client. We found a real estate agent we like and trust; we would not hesitate to recommend Alex - the one who helped us to our friends and family.
