Victoria, who was managing this property was lovely to talk to and was patient in answering all the queries. All my queries were answered promptly and I felt well supported throughout the entire application process. Thus it was a smooth process from inspection right till the approval. James was kind as well, liaising with me on the final details of the move. Overall a great experience, professional and helpful folks. Feels good to be associated with NG Farah. It is hard enough sprucing up your unit whilst looking for a tenant, even harder during COVID. Despite being interstate and it being a challenging time for owners I was kept informed and advised on the best course of action throughout the whole process.
