•Andrew remained realistic in his assessment of my property during what has been a fast changing market. I was initially conservative in setting my sale price but Andrew was determined to do better, and in the end exceeded both our expectations. As far as his availability and interaction he has been excellent. From very early on he spent a considerable amount of time getting to know me and what I was hoping to achieve with my property. He also followed up at appropriate times so I was not having to chase after him. I'm big on being kept up to date and Andrew was attentive to this to the point of returning my calls in the middle of a workout. At the same time he respectfully guided me to moderating his time so it is clear he is giving fair attention to all his clients as needed. Andrew's presentation of the property came up great and in the first days of it being on the market Andrew was giving me constant updates on the many buyer enquiries, inspections and subsequent offers - providing his assessments on each and what was the best strategy to attain the best sale result. He narrowed down the list of offers to the best half dozen or so and from that I was able select the final offer to accept and from there he kept me notified as needed through to settlement.
