Professional and efficient as expected, with an amazing outcome.

I bought my first investment property through Andrew Seers, although the vendor then had a change of heart in selling but a week after decided to go ahead. Andrew rang me straight away, asking if I was still interested, when I said "Yes", he then proceeded in the process, it was a very smooth process, every questions I have were anwered promptly even when I sent him emails past office hours, I was surprised getting replies even after working hours. Then after three(3) years, when I decided to sell the same property, I did not think of anyone else to assist me because I know I will be in good hands with Andrew. We had a few phone calls in relation to the selling process. The property was listed in Real Estate as well as in Domain on a Friday, eventhough I was not surprised when Andrew rang come Monday that we have already offers, it was still amazing hearing from Andrew of the offers coming but we agreed to wait until midday on Wednesday (same week) for more offers, low and behold a very good offer came, which is way more than my asking price before midday of that Weds week, which of course I have accepted. Technically just four(4) working days and I got a very good offer. I was extremely happy and was not really expecting to get such a good offer. I am grateful for Andrew's hardwork and efficiency, having to get this amazing outcome in selling my investment property. If I be given a choice of getting another property in Horsham VIC, I will definitely contact Andrew again. NB: he also answer my emails and questions even not relating to the subject property.
