We put our rental property up for sale in a sluggish market and, despite the house having great qualities, we did suspect it would not be quick. We initially listed with another agent and, as nice as that person was, there was insufficient movement. When we moved to Andrew, the change was instantaneous. He worked had, had lots of enquiries, he obviously had a significant percentage of the market in hand, and we got a sale quickly. He provided good advice, communicated regularly and was ethical. Our only regret is not listing with Andrew in the first instance.
