A Great Experience.

It was a wonderful experience having Chloe as our agent. She is a vibrant, personable and hard-working individual. Her communication was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble, including making numerous trips to our house to provide us with documents and give us updates on the progress of our sale. A smooth process over a large distance

Chloe was very receptive to our needs and facilitated a walk through of the property with family in our stead as we were interstate. She coordinated timeframes for inspections with the current tenants and was very professional in all communications. She also put us in touch early with the rental agent so we could discuss potential rental needs before finalising our purchase. A positive experience in all aspects.
