What's around 28 Condon Crescent

A wonderful Mediterranean feel with substantial storage!

This lovely solid brick property enjoys abundant space in all areas, boasting two very generous bedrooms, a spacious modernised family bathroom, separate toilet and a welcoming light-filled open plan dining, kitchen and lounge area with split system and handsome open fire place. The chef’s kitchen is a great size, featuring plentiful workbench and storage space for all your kitchen equipment and appliances. Outside, there are two areas to retreat to and relax, one at the rear of the property on the patio under the shade of trees, and the other at the front of the property on the Mediterranean style patio, both of which are peaceful and private. The property also features an expansive garage/storage space, which could house multiple vehicles, a boat and a workshop. This area has the potential for redevelopment options such as an additional bedroom or rumpus room (S.T.C.A). This kind of storage in Venus Bay is a rarity. Buyer's review

Dan was always very helpful, kind and available. Great communication.

Dan’s willingness to source local trades to look at different parts on the house we purchased made the process of building inspections and associated follow ups very easy to manage. He was always very kind, we knew we could reach out to him at any time and he’d always answer and be happy to help.

Seller's review

Dan went missing when the critical issue of (house) price was on the line. Support team were great.

I expected Dan to be a positive influence late in the sale process when the potential buyers used a bricklayer to respond to findings of a building inspection and structural engineer's report. The bricklayer's quote did not relate to the assessments of the professionals. From the professional assessments I had expected that the required work on the western wall could be done within a day. The bricklayer's quote covered three sides of the house, made no reference to the west wall and put a price of $30k without sufficient detail. Dan simply supported the bricklayer's quote. Dan then told me to send negotiations for the price through the conveyancer. I have never known an estate agent to quit the process at that point. Dan was not my agent when it mattered. I dropped the price for the house by $18k. I worked through the conveyancer.
