The right person for the job!!

Selling a house can be stressful, but with the right people on your team it doesn't need to be. Narelle was in our corner the whole time. Never too busy to answer a question and always ready to help with a suggestion or solution to help us get on the market, generate interest and get a good price. The marketing Narelle produced was top notch and levels above anything we've seen. She has an eye for detail and a process that, if you're willing to put a little work in gets results. She understood that we were busy and had limited time so when we needed tradies or handymen Narelle got things sorted for us with good people. Throughout the whole process Narelle was our MVP and the result speaks for itself. One open house, sold the next day. We highly recommend Narelle to anyone who wants great service, great communication, market knowledge and polished marketing from a genuine, honest and trustworthy agent. Amazing Real Estate Agent

Narelle Cordaro of All Round Realty.

We were really impressed with how promptly Narelle Cordaro responded to a message we left on her phone regarding a property we had seen advertised. This has not been our experience with any other Real Estate agents on Bribie Island. Narelle was very knowledgeable about the property and could answer all relevant questions we put to her and went above and beyond in her support. This made the purchasing process smooth and uncomplicated. She and was so amazing to deal with, being positive and enthusiastic throughout She also welcomed us to our new home on settlement day, with a surprise gift pack, which was really appreciated. We would highly recommend Narelle to anyone selling or purchasing a property on Bribie Island. Thank you Narelle you took stress out of our whole purchasing process.

Professional Service

I have recently sold my unit on Bribie Island and selected Narelle Cordaro as the agent to list and sell the property for me. I chose Narelle as she was down to earth, had a great marketing plan for my property in particular and did not beat around the bush when it came to honest opinion and different strategies to follow in order to get a successful sale and outcome. Whirlwind Sale

Narelle was amazing. My house was sold before going on the market with a price I was only dreaming about. All questions were answered and knowing she has an amazing team to call on to help with any concerns reduced my stress level from 10 to zero. Narelle is up to date with the market, easy to talk to and really knows her stuff. Communication is key and Narelle always kept me up to date with everything. I will definitely recommend her to anyone selling their house.
