About Ashlie

I'm a dedicated and hardworking professional with a genuine passion for property. Starting in real estate in 2006, I have worked in property management ever since, bringing a wealth of knowledge and a results-driven approach to my work. Having worked in the Sydney market for many years, I would spend my time holidaying in Jervis Bay. With such a strong connection, I made the move to Jervis Bay with my family and brought with me my experience and gained an understanding of the local property market, which is now my focus and expertise. Using the best technology available to the industry and proven systems and procedures ensures I deliver a hands-on and transparent approach to all aspects of property management. From the marketing and tenant selection, right through the management process, you can be assured that every property I manage is a well-managed property. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring the natural beauty of Jervis Bay, spending time by the water, adventuring with my son in the national parks, or lending a hand in my husband’s small business.
