Not great, no response, false condition report, property not in the best condition.

No one arrived to hand the keys over or the show is how everything works within the house. They take a very long time to reply to emails that’s if they reply. Condition report they sent is nothing like the condition of the house and you can’t edit it to put your findings. The property doesn’t have working AC and no reply from email that we sent along with a completely broken water pipe and we still had no response. We have only been in the property a few weeks and not having the best time with dealing with these issue.
